The American Society for Cell and Gene Therapy (ASGCT) Annual Meeting
May 11 – 15, 2026, Boston, MA
David M Spencer, PhD, Co-Founder and CSO, Phoenix SENOLYTIX
Dr. Spencer’s abstract, “ApoptiCIDe-RGT™ and ApoptiCIDe-CE™: Novel regulated cell and gene therapy platforms based on PTC-1202, a proprietary injectable rimiducid formulation” is based on Phoenix SENOLYTIX’s reimagined version of the Bellicum CaspaCIDe technology, designed to address the current needs of next generation cell and gene therapies. These technologies allow for regulated expression of therapeutic proteins in vivo or regulated elimination of undesirable cells in vivo, respectively. In contrast to CaspaCIDe used only in the event of acute, uncontrolled toxicity, ApoptiCIDe is intended for use in every patient.
